GIVE YOUTH A FUTURE

Empower Youth was founded by Lori and Scott Conley in February 2015 to partner with children and youth with the hope of instilling in them the confidence and resources needed to break through the chains of generational poverty.

This 501(c)(3) organization is completely independent and functions under its own board of directors.

Our board members come from different financial and community backgrounds, adding to the brain and brawn of Empower Youth. It takes both mind and muscle to move a gap-filling organization into 8 school districts and fundraising more than $17,600/month for school year food costs.

Scott Conley serves as EY’s Executive Director, and works in sync with the board to drive the vision and carry out the planning necessary to see that vision come to fruition.

As Empower Youth takes on new territory, we are always looking to add board members who share our vision and heart for youth and their families.
