Empower Youth was founded by Lori and Scott Conley in February 2015 to partner with children and youth in hopes of instilling in them the confidence and resources needed to break through the chains of generational poverty.

This organization is completely independent and functions under its own board of directors as a 501(c)(3).

Our board members come from different financial and community backgrounds, adding to the brain and brawn of Empower Youth. It takes both mind and muscle to move a gap-filling organization into 4 school districts and into fundraising more than $100,000 per year.

Our executive team includes: Samantha Bock (President), Jeff Diesel (Vice President), James Hatch (Treasurer), Justin Conley, Josh Roddy (Secretary), Alicia Dorsey

Scott Conley serves as EY’s Executive Director, and works in sync with the board to drive the vision and carry out the planning necessary to see that vision come to fruition.

As Empower Youth takes on new territory, we are always looking to add board members who share our vision and heart for youth and their families.

    1. At this time we don’t. I will occasionally have a very specific need with a very specific size for a child and we’ll put that out and ask for donations. We do not have a place to store clothing at this time. We are asking for clothing for Grant Career Center. They are looking for men’s jeans waist line 30 through 34 with an inseam starting at 30. But that’s the only need I have in front of me right now.
